With Service Web, Samskip is extending its personal service approach online. The Service Web gives customers more control of their business, saving their time, and provides direct access to all information concerning their business with Samskip. The Service Web provides a full service: enabling online bookings, track & trace and overviews of shipments and invoices.
The online services can be regarded as an extension of the existing Samskip customer service teams. The application is web based which means that customers an log on to their accounts anywhere and anytime to access the information regarding their shipments with Samskip. The Service Web is available for all customers; those with smaller volumes as well as those with larger volumes.
